Our client is a Hong Kong professional services company. As a result of expansion, they are looking for a Senior Program Officer:

Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness and success of the programs.

Handle enquiries on the program and other related matters.

Work independently to assist the programs team with the administration matters

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide administrative support for the program application, admission, and process afterwards

Coordinate and organize a wide variety of engagement events, such as marketing promotion activities, networking events and trainings

Produce and maintain a database, such as minutes, statistics and reports on a regular basis, to update the overall status of the programs for management to review

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Job Requirements:
A bachelor ‘s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Administration, Marketing, or other related disciplines or equivalent

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in program administration, event management and program coordination will be preferred

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
