Project Coordinator (Part-Time role)

You will working in a team environment coordinating our Client’s packaging requirements across Asia, UK and US. You will ensure information is collected from Vendors, artwork is built to corporate standards and delivered on time.
Daily Activities
  • Become a point of contact for nominated projects
  • Gather and coordinate job information from internal sites, clients, vendor and printers
  • Create job folders and brief our artwork production department
  • Constantly update internal job tracking system for transparent reporting and production scheduling.
  • Upload artwork to our automated web based approval system
  • Manage amends being booked into the studio, checked and delivered to SLAs
  • Accountable for logging all job costs are correct to the matrix
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above with 2 years’ experience in retail or brand packaging artwork project coordination is preferred; worldwide retailer is a definite advantage
  • Less experience will be considered as Junior Project Coordinator / Project Assistant
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin – both spoken and written
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, PDF
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Training will be given to help you understand all of JPG’s systems, procedures and processes.
Our Hong Kong office environment is open and high tech with over 80 employees. It’s a fun and at times very fast paced environment. We are one block from Kwun Tong MTR next to APM mall.

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
