Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily maintenance needs of stores, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and repair requests are addressed promptly.
Assist manager in project management execution process and facilities management
Support the documental administration works of project-related
Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders of internal and external parties
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or above in related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience, preferably in the F&B industries
Responsible, analytical, independent, self-motivated with good communication skills and able to work multiple projects simultaneously
Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD software
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer
Immediate availability is preferred
