Responsibilities
Responsible for new restaurant, plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of fitting out works, renovation, reinstatement project and major maintenance and repair works including preparation, execution, supervision, review and follow up the restaurant set-up, closure and other related activities.
Supervise site inspection and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management.
Oversee and supervise to guarantee that all facility repair & maintenance requests are handled quickly, within budget and up to the quality standard.
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above holder in Building Service Engineering or related discipline
At least 5 years project management with F&B experience industry is a must
Familiar with all maintenance works such as E&M
Proficient in MS Project, Auto CAD application, etc
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated, team orientated and work under pressure
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time
Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Immediate available is preferable
