WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Account overview:
As a result of growth to a key client's global partnership portfolio, Wasserman is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented client servicing lead (with experiential event production experience and knowledge) to lead on in-market client communications and assist with the production and activation of a global brand partnership within motorsport, specifically within Japan and China (Shanghai) and Singapore. This is specifically a hybrid role incorporating
skill sets from both account handling & production and will ladder into the global team who will provide account oversight throughout planning and any live events.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day running of key client projects, leading client communication and stakeholder management.
• Clear professional communication and management of client expectations.
• Responsible for the delivery and management of client's contractual rights with local promotor. Being the key lead from a communication perspective, working closely with the global Wasserman lead and brand teams.
• Implementation of Project Management disciplines, processes and skills including programme and risk management.
• Oversight of live event execution with global production teams, some regional travel will be required
• Development of build plans, logistics and permits alongside global production lead
• Working alongside a suite of vendors to execute against creative vision
• Manage and track activation budgets
• Support in management of on-site contractors including implementation of

H&S processes and continuous best practice

• Follow up reviews on projects post completion, including detailed analysis,

compiling lessons learned and communication to the wider business to ensure
process improvement.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

• 10 years of large-scale brand activation delivery within the APAC region, with solid regional knowledge (as it relates to activation delivery)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing complex production budgets
• Good supplier networks, with strong supplier relationships (production, staffing agencies etc.)
• Capable of navigating tough issues and influencing those involved toward a desired outcome
• Lead and inspire other team members, generate positive morale.
• Must be comfortable working as an integral part of a global team environment
• Continuously demonstrates solution-oriented mentality
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new ways of working
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to

proactively meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do' attitude at all times
• Agency experience preferred
• Ideally a strong interest in the sport & entertainment industries (experience working within motorsport, desired but not essential)
• Fluent in Japanese. Chinese speaking also preferred.
