We are a laboratory supply with one-stop-service company in HK. We’re currently looking for a project executive to help us on some projects.

Your role & responsibility
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing the delivery of core project components to our customers
Draw layout floor plan or furniture by using Auto-CAD software
Prepare progress reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and collaborating contractors, on any project matters and meetings
Assist in the proposal process as required, working with the sales and project managers
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Desirable skills and experience
T.I. or University graduate or related discipline; Engineer is preferable
Knowledge in CAD drawing and Google Sketch up are highly preferred
Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English are essential
Excellent Microsoft application skills (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work
