Project Executive II

- Support the Product Supply Chain function on managing overall projects timeline, including monitor packaging artwork approval, product costing, order fulfilment and on time delivery.
- Support in sourcing new suppliers when required
- Coordinate with clients & suppliers on production scheduling, update and generate regular reports.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to track delivery performance, and quality incidents of the corresponding programs
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain operations, project management, and/or sourcing disciplines.
- Experience in toys, and promotional premiums sourcing & manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Well versed of project timeline management.
- High level of computer literacy: MS office and Excel competency is a MUST
- Strong business ethics and high level of integrity
- Strong sense of business acumen, results oriented, adaptive and flexible to accommodate both hands-on details and follow-through end to end on the programs under his/her responsibility.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work under fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and detailed minded with a “can-do” attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
