Job Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis and Evaluation

- Collect and analyze financial, market, technical, and other relevant information for investment projects
- Evaluate key investment metrics such as return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), and internal rate of return (IRR)
- Assess risks associated with investment projects and develop risk mitigation strategies

• Investment Decision Support

- Provide investment recommendations based on analysis results
- Participate in the development of investment decision frameworks and provide recommendations
- Report on investment project status to management to inform decision-making

• Investment Plan Implementation and Monitoring

- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of approved investment plans
- Monitor project progress, costs, and outcomes, and address any issues in a timely manner
- Periodically evaluate investment performance and provide improvement recommendations

• Investment Risk Management

- Identify and analyze various risk factors associated with investment projects
- Develop investment risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Continuously monitor and manage the risk profile of investment projects

• Project Investment Policy and Procedure

- Establish and maintain investment management system within the Group
- Stay informed about relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements for investments
- Ensure investment decisions and executions comply with applicable laws and regulations
Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in investment analysis, project management, or financial planning
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Proficient in using financial analysis software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of relevant investment-related policies, regulations, and legal requirements
• Experience in the investment of Food and Beverage industry is a must
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
