Home Care Support Service for Ethnic Minority Elderly

Project Leader

Responsibilities:
To oversee and lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Project which provides home care support services such as escort, meal delivery.

To establish community contacts with different stakeholders for providing services to ethnic minority elderly.

To identify and engage target clients, and develop promotional plans to introduce services to them.

To accomplish the overall administrative work of the Project.

To liaise with funders, vendors and work partners.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Social Work.

3 years social work experience.

Self-motivated, committed, organized, dynamic and able to work independently.

Passionate in serving ethnic minority elderly.

Good leadership with excellent communication skills.

Mature and able to work under pressure and manage crisis.

Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Willingness to work on weekend and public holiday.

Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
