Responsibilities:
Coordination and management of project administrative work and site construction work
Provide direct support service to the Project Manager
Draft minutes, reports, tendering, prepare invitation letters, LOA, projects related documents and filing
Prepare power point, excel calculation, internal memos, notifications and communicate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors

Requirements:
Degree holder with 3-5 years in project coordination and management of project administrative work as well as financing records and support.
Good at handling multi-tasks and willing to ensure quality of work at professional standard via self-checking / assessments.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work as a team with professional service providers for project related operations and services.
Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese, and computer literature.
Must be adaptable to a fast-paced, flexible, positive working attitude, deadline-oriented and results-oriented.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Management Assistant
