About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow the development of the projects, respecting times, costs agreed and other project targets
• Work with product managers to keep schedules and costs of the items under control, monitor and track all the changes along the projects development
• Work with Design Center to define design solution for proper industrialization
• Manage the coordination with suppliers to propose and evaluate the manufacturing process
• Check the proposed solutions are compatible with Ferrero quality and marketing requirements
• Work with logistics team to ensure agreed shipment schedule with proper capacity
• Accelerate processes, find relevant solutions and contribute to the improvement of related product/project
• Manage continuous improvement and development of best practices
• Align with and update project management tools constantly during the project development (PLM, Project list etc.)
• Issue regular, detailed reporting and run ad-hoc reporting on critical situations

Who we are looking for:

• University degree
• Strong relevant project management skills and experience in toy or automotive industry
• High project management capabilities, with attention to detail and ability to deliver within the criteria set
• Problem-solving and time management skills, proactivity and continuous improvement mindset
• Cost control, relevant data and reporting management
• Advanced communication skills, ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, internal and external
• Proactivity, accountability, resilience, dynamism and self-motivation
• Openness to travel
• Advanced MS Office, project management tools, SAP skills
• Fluency in English is required, good Cantonese and Mandarin, written and spoken; any other language is considered a plus
