To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for talents to join our professional sales team:
In charge of real estate sales and leasing transaction, negotiating offer, final execution and prepare sales documents

Provide high standard pre-sale and after-sale services to clients

Develop and maintain long-term relationship with potential and exiting clients

Initiate business opportunity though direct mail, social media platform, conduct warm and cold call to potential and existing clients

Maintain and update client database in company system
Coordinate with marketing team or relevant stakeholders on business development activities, marketing collateral, etc
Participate in networking events to expand company’s referral network, new business opportunity and promote corporate branding
The Successful Applicant
1-2 years of sale experience in Hong Kong residential market

A valid EAA licence in Hong Kong

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Proactive, responsible and results-oriented individual with good business acumen

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
