Project & Maintenance Manager – Property (Ref: 240001BU)

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of building professionals to plan and carry out maintenance and improvement works in the commercial properties
• Plan and prepare budget for short to long term asset replacement, develop strategies for building maintenance activities and alteration/refurbishment works
• Liaise with different stakeholders including consultants, contractors, owners and government departments
• Offer professional advice for management’s decision and foster sustainable development of the Corporation
• Manage the works to ensure compliance of statutory regulations, Corporation’s requirements, and owners’ expectations
• Explore new technology, innovative ideas and advance construction/installation methodology for smart and low carbon solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognized professional institution
• Sound knowledge of project management, contract administration, and maintenance of building facilities and building services systems
• Solid experience in handling routine maintenance and facility management as well as managing A&A/construction works in property sector
• Experience in construction site or test & commissioning stage for shopping mall is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Remarks

• Candidates with less experience/lower qualification will be considered for the Assistant Project & Maintenance Manager-Property position
