Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of quality management systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure effective quality control processes are in place throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues and promote a culture of quality.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement; prepare reports for senior management.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities and enhance product quality.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards, practices, and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management to drive innovation and effectiveness in quality assurance efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as Six Sigma or ISO) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficient in quality assurance tools and software; experience with statistical process control (SPC) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are required
