Responsibilities

Responsible for providing contract administration services for pre and post contract

Perform cost estimation, cost control, detailed cost analysis and budgeting

Support, review, and ensure accurate estimates of project pricing and costs to maintain competitive pricing

Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, main contractors & sub-contractors

Evaluate and prepare quotation & assessment for variation orders

Checking payment claims and final accounts settlement

Conduct regular reporting on project status and maintain necessary records

Perform tendering for E&M service (especially in MVAC) or Design & Build projects would be an advantage

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction / Building Services or other related engineering discipline

2+ years' of relevant QS working experience

Previous experience on E&M (especially in MVAC) or Design & Build projects would be an advantage

Proficiency in using MS Office application

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, a good team player with strong interpersonal skill

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
