A publicly-listed property developer in Hong Kong with an extensive portfolio across Greater China seeks a Senior Quantity Surveying Manager to lead their QS team amid expansion into mixed-use commercial and high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all Quantity Surveying activities, focusing on cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, claims processing, and final accounts.
Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to monitor and manage project costs and budgets during the design phase.
Direct interim payment applications, managing certification processes and liaising with clients and sub-contractors for compliance.
Provide strategic procurement guidance in line with contract specifications.
Ensure timely handling of contractual documentation to maintain project continuity.
Drive project delivery to meet deadlines and financial targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field; RICS or HKIS accreditation preferred.
10 years of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in real estate development.
Strong knowledge of Building Services and E&M within mixed-use, commercial, or hospitality sectors, with experience in the PRC or Hong Kong.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
