Responsibilities:

• Maintain smooth operation and ensure tidiness of the reception area
• Deliver customer service and handle enquiries
• Greet and receive visitors and guests
• Coordinate mailing services
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• F.5 standard with an understanding in English
• 2 years’ relevant experience preferably gained in sizable organisations
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Cheerful, with good interpersonal and communications skills and able to work independently
• Basic PC skills, command of MS office (i.e. Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing) will be advantageous
• Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Tentative employment period: Mid-October 2024 – February 2025

Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
