(Regional) Senior Finance Manager (HK based Co., Up to 80k)

Our client is a reputable Hong Kong based company from the engineering industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the team and handle the regional finance.
Job Description:
- Perform financial and business analyses to monitor business performance, including regular budgeting and forecasting.
- Review finance operations, encompassing accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, cash flow, and forecasting.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise operations and collaborate with regional staff.
- Assist in audit processes, statutory and tax filings, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as accounting standards and taxation.
- Implement and uphold finance policies and procedures, establishing stringent controls and a comprehensive reporting system.
- Manage special projects, including the evaluation and development of financial models for investment proposals.
- Lead a substantial team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA qualification is mandatory
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a large company, with regional or global exposure
- Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is essential
- Thorough understanding of HK IRFS, PRC accounting, and tax regulations
- Demonstrated track record in leadership roles
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
