Job responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring the tram services; Handle the tram frequency and customer service complaint record; Handle daily inquiries from passengers; Assist the Inspector to handle operational contingency matters;Perform any other related tasks that assigned by supervisors
Job requirements: Completed Form 5 or above; Possession of valid Hong Kong driving licence (code 1 or 2); Candidate with 1 year of customer service related working experience preferred
Working Hours: 6 working days per week; 8 hours per day; shift duties and roster duties are required

Fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates, including performance bonus, 10 days Annual Leave, Overtime paid, Medical and Dental Insurance (including spouse and minor children), Free Tram Pass (including parents, spouse and minor children), Marriage Leave and Childcare Leave
