Supply Chain Officer

As a Supply Chain Officer, you will involve maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing daily logistics operations, and optimizing warehouse efficiency. Supply Chain Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet delivery schedules, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stocktaking and computer records of goods received and dispatched.
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, optimizing warehouse space utilization, labor productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the teams of procurement and warehouse staff, addressing and resolving issues, and assisting user departments with visual product checks.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal parties to ensure timely and accurate daily operations, including monitoring and arranging deliveries from suppliers and handling customs clearance.
- Follow up on supplier quotations and arrange deliveries.
- Assist with documentation related to the supply chain workflow.
- Perform any ad hoc duties or assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics
- Knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Prioritize the tasks with good time management and leadership skills, can work under pressure
- Familiar with daily operation procedures on managing warehouse
- Role model, reliable, meticulous, resilient team player, proactive with positive working attitude
- Knowledge of Excel application and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
