Job Description:
We are looking for high-caliber individuals to join our agile back office team and participate in Io T projects and product development. The successful candidate will have opportunities to acquire skills in supply chain management.

Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
To contribute supply chain management from sourcing, inventory planning, to order management;
To manage vendors including but not limited to sourcing, price negotiation, shipment schedule, quality control, etc.;
To coordinate with clients, vendors and Logistics Team for timely shipment delivery;
To assist in inventory management by maintaining systematic inventory code library;
To compile various kinds of summaries for management’s review (e.g. demand forecast, order summary, delivery report, etc.);
To cooperate with Finance Team for billing administration;
To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, or Procurement, or Business Administration related discipline;
Solid working experience is NOT a must, but will be definitely an advantage, preferably in project management;
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English;
Proficiency in MS Office, intermediate user of excel is preferred.
