Receptionist Job Duties 工作職責 :
Greet guests and handle all reservations and inquiries through Email, Phone call, or Whatsapp 負責日常接待服務,包括歡迎客人、處理客人在電話、Whatsapp及電子郵件上的預訂和查詢
Handle all complaints and follow through appropriate actions accordingly 及時處理及跟進客人的投訴
Responsible for table arrangements to ensure smooth restaurant operations 負責編排餐枱以達高效率及暢順營運
Provide F&B related service to our members & guests 提供餐飲服務給會員及客人

Captain / Supervisor Floor Duties:
Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their table / 歡迎到訪問顧客並引領至餐桌
Present menus and answer any questions about menu items / 介紹餐單以及回答顧客有關餐 單上的問題
Take food and beverage orders from customers / 傳餐至顧客的餐桌
Enter orders into the restaurant's POS system / 於餐廳POS中輸入顧客餐點
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner / 及時與禮貌地傳餐給顧客
Ensure that customers have everything they need throughout their dining experience / 確保及照顧顧客於用餐時的一切需要
Process customer payments and make change as necessary 需要時協助顧客結帳及找續
Clean and reset tables after customers leave 顧客離開後清潔及整理餐桌
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed 需協助開鋪及關門事宜

Requirements 工作要求:
1-4 years of experience in a customer service or reservation centre role 1-4年的客戶服務或預訂中心工作經驗
Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin speaking is preferred 能說流利粵語和英語,並懂一定和普通話
Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的溝通和人際交往能力
Strong attention to detail and accuracy 細心及關注細節
