Hong Kong's Tech-friendly Design Hotel Pioneer Wants You.

Responsibilities:
Manage and responsible the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth operation and provide hotel services standard to guests

Providing leadership and direction to the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience for all guests

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control

Work closely with Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chinese Chef on food promotions and marketing program

Monitor the food hygiene and safety to reach a compliance of the statutory requirement

Requirements

Diploma or above in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in luxury or Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team

Good interpersonal and communication skills

With knowledge of food hygiene and safety of workplace in compliance with the HACCP and hotel standards

Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
