Responsibilities

To ensure the treatments of the therapist team are consistent with standards and provide outstanding service to guests.

Responsible the proper training, implementation, and set up for all treatment services.

Assist with spa marketing and promotion when needed and requested by Spa Management.

Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to company standards

Support spa operations and perform any duties as required by management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of solid experience in captioned position in sizeable luxury hotel / spa.

With CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/WSQ qualifications and other recognized certificates will be an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).

Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.

Well versed in Excel and Word

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Head Therapist.
