Responsibilities

Maintain all products are produced in a timely manner and up to excellent quality standard 準備食物,並保持出品達到酒店及客人的要求

Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards 保持個人及環境衛生,並達到HACCP的標準

Requirements

Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel or in similar capacity 兩年工作經驗

Formal training in Hotel F&B Kitchen 具酒店廚部工作經驗更佳
