The Role: -

To be responsible for the total management of the restaurant business in order to achieve and maintain high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

To ensure the effective training and development of all staff and management.

Responsibilities: -

Ensure overall operational efficiency at assigned outlet.

Ensure compliance with the service standard according to guidelines established by management for the outlet.

Request necessary supplies from the storage and effective control system of stocks.

Ensure overall cleanliness including furniture and fixture within the outlet, working area and personal hygiene of the staff.

Submit various reports as required by Operations Manager

Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance and guidance to staff.

Oversee the scheduling of duty roster or allocate staff, and schedule holiday of section’s staff.

Select new employees, oversee on-the-job training for staff, evaluate their performance, report on their progress, provide recommendations on staff movement as required, and authorize overtime.

Ensure compliance with internal regulations and house rules, discipline staff as required and resolve problems referred.

Ensure communication 100% upward and downward

Maintain overall quality and service standards

Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times

Maintain close working relationship with various outlets to contribute to the co-ordination of food and beverage service and to provide feedback on all customers’ comments.

Respond to written customer complaints

Requirements: -

F5. or above

Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in Restaurant management

Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Supervisor

Strong business acumen and good communication skills

Self-motivated, team player and enjoy working in fast-paced environment

Immediately available is highly preferable
