WHAT YOU’LL DO
Helping us inspire and drive the growth of our people to enable them to convey the CHANEL difference and in turn, inspire our clients in ways that constantly raise the bar in the realm of ultimate luxury, your role will be to:

Execute on learning imperatives with respect to RESOURCE PLANNING, OPERATIONS & EVENTS MANAGEMENT.
Assist in building out helpful concepts / contents / tools & processes.
Maximize use of systems and tools for optimal effectiveness in L & D coordination, administration and reporting to ensure timeliness, accuracy and insights for stakeholders.
Ensure rigor in our learning processes and implement governance directives from Global, Regional and Local leadership.

RESOURCES PLANNING AND OPERATIONS:

Assist Retail L & D Lead on budget forecast, and expenses management.
Review and challenge the status quo to employ frameworks, technology and SOPs to enhance the effectiveness of learning coordination and administration.
Roster Learning Activities and coordinate Team Meetings for the learning community.
Accountable for the execution for all learning administration.
Management of external vendors: processing of contracts, invoices etc; review systems and process flows to enhance efficiencies.
Communication with Stakeholders to improve engagement in Learning Activities.
Track, update, and analyze and report on Learning statistics to facilitate management decisions on L&D interventions and resources.
Stock management for all training tools & product samples.

EVENTS MANAGEMENT:
1. Ensure the smooth operation of training centres, including venue set up / bookings / facilities management in collaboration with Corporate Admin, IT & colleagues.

Source and liaison with vendors for the best learning environment / experience to address the required program objectives as determined by Learning Community, if off site.

2. Training facilities and logistic preparation (incl. ordering, systems, sample management etc.)

Digital Learning Platform and LMS (Boost):

Update LMS with courses for learner enrollment, learning tracking and reporting.
Support content Management (content curation / local adaptation) for digital learning platforms.
Support Digital SME on creating communication and engagement tools to prepare Retail for local landing on Learning Path and Bloom.
Translation proofreading / In house translation when necessary and as per assigned.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Excel, Power Point, data management.
Data visualization to facilitate decision making.
Planning, organizing and prioritization.

Project management in matrix organization.
Ensuring data and information accuracy.
Working with complexity and ambiguity.

Comfortable with working with diverse teams.

A degree holder, fluent in written and spoken English / Cantonese.
Seasoned user of tools and technology for both learning, presentation production, spreadsheets, and data management.
Knowledge of retail, service industry preferable.
An experienced administrator & coordinator, with at least 3 years relevant experience.
