Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Develop and conduct safety training programs for employees and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
Monitor and track safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Registered Safety Officer and all stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement corrective measures.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:Education:
Complete the certificate of safety supervisor with at least 2 years of experience post-professional certification.

Experience:
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a safety supervisory role within the construction or E&M industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing safety programs and protocols.
Proven track record of conducting safety training and promoting a safety culture.
Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and report preparation.
Familiarity with Hong Kong safety regulations and standards related to the construction industry.

Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
Ability to conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:
Valid Safety Supervisor certification recognized in Hong Kong.
Valid driving license
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as needed.
