We are looking for Sales Admin Asst - with details as follows :

The Job :
Report to Customer Support Supervisor.

Work in Customer Service team of 6-8 members

Provide professional customer support and coordinate shipment

Respond to inquiries from external customers to enhance customer relations

Create cases related to packed shipments and coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions.

Assist customers with inquiries by calls and by emails

Monitor a list of packed orders daily

Create cases to notify customers of their packed orders

Coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions

Frequent follow up to ensure shipments are confirmed by the customer in a timely manner

Collaborate effectively across Sales and Warehouse teams

Fresh graduates or 1-2 years work experience in office environment

Experience in trading / manufacturing / buying offices is a plus

An advantage if experience in customer service / order admin / shipping / logistics ...etc

Experience in garment trims / garment / textiles / packaging products is a plus

5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)

Annual leave : 12 days
