We are looking for Sales Coordinator - with details as follows :

The Job :
Provide support to Sales Team

Coordinate with internal parties for preparing quotation, sales contract and sales invoice

Work closely with sales team to monitor project progress within time frame

Consolidate information for tender submission

Sample order and sort stone sample

Follow up projects and customer enquiries

Perform administrative support to sales team

Diploma holder or above

2+ years sales support / sales coordination / order process....or related

Experience in ERP, especially SAP will be an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel

Proficient in English and Chinese

Able to work independently to meet tight reporting deadlines

5 days work : Mon to Fri 9am-6pm

Annual leave : 10 days

Additional few days Company holidays in Chinese New Year
