Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment. Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.
We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Sales Development Manager (Investment FX and Fixed Income).
Principle responsibilities:
- Assist team head to initiate, develop and implement distribution strategies to promote Investment FX and Fixed income products/services via appropriate distribution channels
- Develop and implement sales strategies for existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
- Develop and implement sales engagement activities in order to maximize revenue or to achieve different tactical KPIs
- Work closely with various product line owners to provide adequate support and ensure an efficient sales platform is maintained
- Evaluate the operative efficiency of different distribution strategies and promotion offers and make recommendations for management review
- Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliance policy and internal controls
- Participate in the development of wealth distribution strategies on Investment FX and Fixed income
- Expose to a wide range of wealth products development and distribution strategy formulation on Investment FX and Fixed income
- Involve in sales flow development and enhancement such as the Strategic Financial Planning Platform on Investment FX and Fixed income
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the banking and investment industry
- Passes in HKSI licensing examinations preferred
- Detail oriented with creative mindset, self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
- Good project management skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
