Responsibilities:
Handle key business partners and achieve business target

Prepare sale and promotion plan for event or new product, ordinate both internally and externally to ensure seasonal promotion executed on-time

Conduct shop check and assist in shop improvement plan

Conduct sale report & analysis and report to sale manager & managing director regarding different SKUs and branches.

Assist in shop operation support and support shop opening on site occasionally

Participate in ad-hoc sale and marketing projects as assigned

Language:
Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese

JLPT N2 or above will be an advantage, but not a must.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in sale or operation in F & B industry will be a plus, but not a must.

High diploma or above in any field.

Responsible, independent, willing to learn and able to work under pressure to handle multi-task.

Passionate in handling Japanese confectionary is preferred.

Full-time
