Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers who visit the showroom
• Provide quotations and correspond with customers regarding orders
• Handle and monitor customer orders in a systematic manner until shipping process is complete
• Maintain good relationship with assigned customers by providing professional after-sales service and account management
• Attend and assist in local jewelry exhibitions.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales & profit targets
• Travel is required occasionally
• Fulfill the sales tasks designated by the manager

Job specification

• Working hours: 10am-7pm on weekdays, 10am - 2pm on Saturdays
• 1 year of experience as retail salesperson
• Fluent in Cantonese /Mandarin
• Fair command in spoken English
• Should possess a friendly, flexible and self motivated attitude . Immediately available is preferred.
