What you'll do:
Develop and liaise with production houses/agencies on visual merchandising and marketing collaterals e.g. press releases, brochures, seasonal light box, in-store décor, content and images for digital platforms and social media, to enhance brand image
Formulate and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities to raise brand awareness across traditional, digital medial platforms and social media, and to increase store traffic and customer engagement
Prepare retail business and operational analysis, reports and recommendations for management review
Manage sales team and daily retail operations
Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the sales target
Explore creative promotion and activities to maximize sales profits

We will be a good match if you:
Degree holder preferable in Marketing/Communications or related disciplines
2-3 years of retail sales & marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics field
Less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Assistant
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, Japanese N2 or above is highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Self-motivated, multi-tasking, able to work independently and meet tight deadline
Proactive, detail-oriented, creative, strong organizational skills with can-do and willingness to take on new challenges
Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving with a positive working attitude
Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
