Sales Officer – Catering Services

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Officer. As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, establishing strong trade relationships with assigned accounts, and exploring new sales opportunities. Your main objective will be to achieve our overall sales distribution goals and your responsibilities is as follow:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet sales targets
Establish and nurture strong trade relationships with assigned accounts;
  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities to expand our market presence;
  • Prepare various reports and analyses as per customer and management requests;
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations;
  • Ensure quality service by conducting frequent customer visits and gathering feedback.
To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field;
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Proficient in computer literacy;
  • Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Candidates with retail sales experience will also be considered.
