The Sales Officers / Sales Executives will be assisting in the day-to-day sales operation including compilation of sales-related reports and materials, collection of market information, communications and coordination with vendors and real estate agents for sales-related works and activities and duty-roster at designated office/sales venue for execution of front-line sales process, etc.

Requirements

Familiar with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and sales logistics from the perspective of a property developer with previous sales launch experience

At least 3 years or above relevant working experience, of which minimum 2 years of frontline sales experience with reputable/sizeable property developers or real estate consultancies in Hong Kong is preferred

Strong commitment to service, and to achieving company goals through sales

Diligent, proactive, and result-oriented with positive mindset and high integrity

Ability to work under pressure and a good team player

Good communication skills and competence in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English

Hands-on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Sales Officer. Fresh Graduate may be considered for the position of Sales Executive.
