Sales Operations Assistant

Job Duties

• Maintain a database of system codes to the Product Catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Develop & update simple software program e.g. Excel VBA for code mapping and other workflow process
• Handling sales and customer inquiries from various channels, including sales teams, marketing teams, after-sales support, and product development teams
• Preparing system codes for service provisioning based on marketing offer in sales order portal and customer self-served portal
• Generate regular reports to keep track of performance and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare test cases and conduct User Acceptance Tests for system development project to ensure functionality and usability
• Assist the team with ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

The Person

• Tertiary education in IT, Business or other disciplines
• 1-2 years working experience in IT, Operations or other areas
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good command in both written & spoken English, Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Knowledge in programming language like Excel VBA, Java Script, ASPX/ASP.Net, PHP, My SQL is an advantage
