Revenue Generation

• Facilitate CX sales and support agency channels by providing effective and efficient

sales services support that assists and Internal support to the sales team for any
operation issues and maximize the effort to achieve sales goals.

Credit Control

• Monitor deposit and payment when confirmation of seats.

Trade Relationship

• Foster and enhance business relationships with travel agents, strength CX positioning

• Support and familiar with implemented sales policies, suggest alternative solutions to

travel partners for consideration to achieve as many business deals as possible.

• Monitoring all CX group/ Travel Partner booking activities and special services if

required.

• Follow-up escalation requests and deposit payment collection.
• Provide support & handle internal/external parties enquiries through email, phone and CXA.
• Support Passenger Sales Executives for operational issues and maximize effort to achieve sales goals. When necessary, suggest alternative solutions to travel partners

for consideration to conclude business deals as much as possible.

• Provide ticketing support for Group, Direct Deal, Contra, CVs… etc.
  

Internal Support

• Responsible to coordinate with other internal department for any agency issues.

Carry out assignment and duty assign by leader.

• Coordinate with other internal departments, like APT, AHQ, FIN, CCD, CPL, BIM,

CGO for any agency-related issues.

• Be a contact point for internal customers (e.g. CCD, REV), share our practice and

handling when special enquiries are received.

• Work closely with the Sales Team for any special ticketing enquiries and handling
• Willing to participate in occasional trade events/activities during non-office hours if

required
