Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and all-round support to management team

Coordinate internal and external schedules, meetings / calendars and prepare meeting material

Handle daily correspondence, communications and reception of guests

Work cohesively with other departments to ensure smooth operation

Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above

Relevant working experience in secretarial/administrative is preferred

Diligent, meticulous, multi-tasked, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and reliable

Able to work independently and under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and Chinese words processing

Good command of written and spoken skill in English and Chinese including Mandarin

Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
