We are currently looking for a Secretary to join our Retail Portfolio Team in Hong Kong's premier lifestyle hub, Cityplaza. Cityplaza is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play, and relax. Our team is professional in leasing and management of comprehensive development, providing quality services to our tenants, and creating added value for our investments.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar for the Retail Portfolio Team
- Administer payment records, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including tenants, to support leasing and tenancy administration
- Prepare documentation for tenancy and property management matters
- Maintain and manage the team's leasing data system
- HKDSE / HKCEE or above
- Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in secretarial and administrative work, preferably in property management
- With experiences in handling customers’ enquiries is an added advantage
- Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audience
- Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point
