We are currently looking for a Draughtsman to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Pacific Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.
- Handle full set of Auto-CAD drawings independently
- Prepare and present Auto-CAD drawings according to specification and instructions provided by technical team
- Collaborate with technical team to ensure Auto-CAD drawings accurately reflect the desired design, and comply with in house standards and regulations
- Conduct site surveys and site measurement, and prepare as-fitted drawings accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all drawings
- Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed
- Diploma or above with at least 3-5 years proven working experience as a Draughtsman
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, and MS office; exposure in using other drawing software applications is a plus
- Relevant experience in interior fit-out works is preferable
- Strong understanding with industry standards and regulations and familiarity with engineering terminology
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
