Responsibilities
Online-to-Offline Integration : Support the facilitation of comprehensive communication strategies, ensuring seamless integration of online and offline touchpoints to create an all-encompassing communication plan.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term partnerships with clients by managing day-to-day account activities. This includes coordination, briefing, and overseeing project execution to ensure delivery meets quality standards.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively resolve conflicts, ensuring satisfactory solutions for all parties with clear and consistent communication. Guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget, and align with client objectives.
Strategic Advisory: Provide clients with strategic insights into market trends and brand positioning through comprehensive data analytics and consumer behavior research.
Trend Analysis: Stay informed about evolving advertising trends and consumer preferences, particularly with the emergence of new platforms and mediums.
Budget Management: Lead budget oversight, assist team leaders and members in maintaining up-to-date timing plans, and manage project finances.
Project Support: Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Requirements
A university degree in Marketing, Communication, New Media, Advertising, or a related discipline is preferred.
1 year of account management experience in an agency setting or related field.
A strong aptitude for fostering partner-like relationships with clients and colleagues.
A passionate, cheerful, and innovative thinker with a pleasant personality dedicated to client service.
Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
Fresh graduates are also considered.
