Job Description
Two-And-A-Half Street is Specialty Coffee shop. We are looking for an experienced barista to join our growing team. This is an exciting position for individuals looking to grow into a leadership role
Responsibilities:
- Learn our high standards, barista skills and techniques
- Create high quality espresso-based beverages
- Provide legendary customer service and get to know our customers
- Working as an all-rounder; from making coffees and cleaning the shop.
- Preparing all beverages.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and other cleaning tasks.
- Punctual and reliable
- Hard-working
- Friendly and extremely customer-focused
- Polite
- Available in early hours on some days (starting at 6 am)
- 7 annual leaves + 13 statutory holidays
- Meals provided + free coffee
- Staff discounts
- Shop opening hours 06:30 - 22:30
Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Food & Beverage: 2 years (Required)
- Barista: 2 years (Required)
