Job Description
The Business Development Executive will support the Head of Business Development, developing and overseeing the business development activities of the China region, ensuring that all generated leads and enquiries are managed successful.
Key Objectives and responsibilities

To develop and maintain potential/existing clients/ LDIs/consultants/counterparts relationship under supervision of BD directors;
Responsible for:
- Independently complete documentation submission such as tenders, fee proposals, PPTs, LOIs, contracts, etc;
- Initiatively follow up with potential project opportunities including public/invited tenders and direct commissions, liase with the client and report key milestones to the supervisor;
- Conduct necessary market research as requested;
Spontaneously study industrial knowledge and propose constructive suggestions on market strategies;
Perform all other duties as required by BD directors.

Qualifications
Education and Fundamental Skills

BS degree or above;
Experience in the architectural industry is highly desirable;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese;
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe packages and filing system management.

Experience & Personal Qualities

3-5 years’ proven experience in Business Development with top end international design firms or related industries;
Teamwork spirit;
Able to demonstrate, and professionally communicate internally and externally;
Able to work with initiative and unsupervised;
Able to fullfil multi tasks with tight deadlines.
