Senior Business Analyst - Shared Service Application

Responsibilities:

Manage projects related to shared service applications (OA system, DMS, repair system, item master, etc)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers/vendors and related stakeholders to deliver project in web, mobile applications or intranet system
Participate in requirement collection, project planning, monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that key milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
Identify the business requirements using requirements workshops, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis
Work closely with the development team, design and lead the process of system architecture to create and define specifications for customizations
Design user interfaces, operation workflows and views to provide an intuitive and efficient user experience
Provide system support on user inquiries and production problems
Develop and execute quality test plans for the system rollout, managing SIT/UAT and training
Maintaining and updating technical documents, operational procedure and troubleshooting guidelines

Requirements:

Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years IT relevant work experience in a role of business analyst
Experience in participating in E-form, Share Point form or intranet system project with apply Agile methodologies
Experience in managing digital transformation projects, system revamps, and system upgrades
Proven experience in application of MS Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse is an advantage
Experience with basic SQL knowledge is an advantage
Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills, proactive and expressive
Experience in F&B industry will be a plus
Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
