Senior Business Analyst - Shared Service Application

- Manage projects related to shared service applications (OA system, DMS, repair system, item master, etc)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers/vendors and related stakeholders to deliver project in web, mobile applications or intranet system
- Participate in requirement collection, project planning, monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that key milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
- Identify the business requirements using requirements workshops, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis
- Work closely with the development team, design and lead the process of system architecture to create and define specifications for customizations
- Design user interfaces, operation workflows and views to provide an intuitive and efficient user experience
- Provide system support on user inquiries and production problems
- Develop and execute quality test plans for the system rollout, managing SIT/UAT and training
- Maintaining and updating technical documents, operational procedure and troubleshooting guidelines
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years IT relevant work experience in a role of business analyst
- Experience in participating in E-form, Share Point form or intranet system project with apply Agile methodologies
- Experience in managing digital transformation projects, system revamps, and system upgrades
- Proven experience in application of MS Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse is an advantage
- Experience with basic SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills, proactive and expressive
- Experience in F&B industry will be a plus
- Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
