Senior Business Analytic Executive (HK$6000 New Joiner Incentive)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Business Analytics Manager, you will perform the following job duties:
  • Drive the success of the Ocean Park via qualitative, research and survey insights by analytical methods across the departments with strong communication skills for implementation at the units
  • Cooperate with the Businesses and Operational Team on tracking and quantifying success of activities
  • Support data mining projects such as survey program and customer data base re-engineering
  • Propose and enhance reporting work flows, proactively communicate the issues and outcomes with management
  • Be a bridge between Technical end and business end during the rollout of new circumstances
  • Support new project execution as required by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Analysis, Marketing or other related disciplines
  • With at least 3 years’ solid experience in research and analyst role or related experiences, agency background is also considered
  • Ability of critical thinking is a must
  • Advanced Excel & Power Point and data processing skill are required, Tableau experience and computer skills is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL and computer skills is preferable
  • Ability to work independently, problem solving with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Mandarin is a plus
