Responsibilities:
Provide professional broking and insurance advice to clients throughout the claims process.
Proactively manage and drive claims by liaising with all parties involved, i.e. insurer, insured, loss adjusters, surveyors, legal counsel, etc.
Monitor and report claims progress for clients
Prepare claims reports on a regular basis.
Utilize the claims system, Risk Lock, to manage, gather, and process claims data
Ensure claim files are maintained in proper manner and adhere to Lockton Claims guidelines and protocols.
Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:
University graduate or equivalent
1 year of relevant experience in a broking firm or an insurance company is preferred; knowledge of General Insurance coverages would be an advantage
Ability to manage time, prioritize and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality
Detail-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
Professional working proficiency in Cantonese and English
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Claims Executive
Fresh graduates will also be considered
