Senior Creative Manager

- Develop and execute creative concepts, proposal and strategies for various events, including event, digital campaigns, pop-up, product launches, immersive activation, etc.
- Pitch and work with clients to understand their objectives and translate their vision into engaging brand experiences. Drive integrated campaigns with a focus on storytelling
- Provide creative direction throughout the campaign lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
- Oversee the development of event elements including event/space design, branding materials, signage, and digital (2D & 3D) assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our events remain innovative.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and workshops to inspire creativity within the team.
- To Source, identify, evaluate and recommend potential service providers and monitor the progress to ensure the services are well delivered
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and operations partners for seamless execution of creative concepts.
- Serve as a key client liaison, presenting work at various stages of development
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in 3D design, visual arts, events marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within an events agency or similar industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative concepts for diverse events and clients.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and 3D software (3D Max, Blender); multimedia editing software and presentation platforms are a plus.
- Excellent understanding of event production processes, including logistics, technical requirements, and on-site execution.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating client objectives into compelling creative solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effectively articulating creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event design and experiential marketing.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
