Senior Customer Service Executive (Call Centre)

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

To handle customer enquiries via various channels including email, phone, face-to-face and relevant online platforms
To resolve customers’ enquiries and feedback in a professional manner
To support supervisor to manage the Speech-to-Text AI system
To proactively learn and grasp latest industry knowledge to improve the Call Centre’s customer service standard
To follow service guideline and work procedures to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Requirements:

A minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Call Centre. Experience in AI technology will be an advantage.
Knowledge on Hong Kong business environment is preferred.
Effective customer handling and problem solving skills
Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, etc.
Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently and a team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua.

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
