Senior Cyber Security Manager

- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive cyber security policies and procedures to protect the virtual bank's infrastructure, systems, and customer data.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM solutions, and vulnerability scanners, to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with security objectives.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, conduct investigations, and coordinate timely response and resolution to security breaches.
- Lead and manage security projects, including the implementation of new security technologies, vulnerability management programs, and the enhancement of existing security controls.
- Provide expert advisory services to senior management and stakeholders on cyber security matters, including risk assessments, incident response planning, and security awareness training.
- Manage and maintain relationships with outsourced SOC providers, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of their services in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, gaps in security controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats, trends, and technologies, and proactively recommend appropriate mitigation strategies and countermeasures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the design and implementation of new systems, applications, and processes.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and ensure that employees are educated about cyber security risks, policies, and best practices.
- Stay informed about the regulatory landscape in Hong Kong and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) guidelines.
